Atmospheric conditions such as the climate, the volcanic soil and the altitude of 1700m of our plantations, are all necessary ingredients to give a good coffee of the Terroir. Visually, the beautiful oval-shaped grain selected by hand and its uniform slightly amber color reflects the quality.
