INTRODUCTION

ARTICLE-1 - These conditions govern sales on the website of 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC ( www.castillosuave.com ).

ARTICLE-2 - When you place an order with 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC ( www.castillosuave.com ), this means that you fully accept these general conditions of sale of 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC and the conditions of your coffee order. Consequently, you must accept all the conditions provided below before ordering products from CCTCAFÉ Inc.

ARTICLE-3 - If there are any differences between the products delivered and those listed on the site ( www.castillosuave.com ) and they do not relate to the essential characteristics of the product, freshness and quality, no cancellation of the order or refusal of delivery will be accepted.

ARTICLE-3.1 - The exact representation of the products on our website cannot be guaranteed due to differences that may exist: The colors used by the internet browsing software and/or screens, cell phones, etc. As a result, 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC cannot be held responsible and no legal action may be taken following the composition of the photos representing our products.

ARTICLE-5 - Our promotional offers consist of products presented online within the limits of available inventories.

ARTICLE-5.1 - If the ordered products prove to be unavailable (out of stock, supply delay, etc.) we will inform the customer by email and invite them to cancel or modify their order and/or delivery date. If the products prove to be permanently unavailable after placing the order, we will automatically cancel it and inform the customer by email before proceeding with a full refund of the missing products.

ARTICLE-5.2 - All our products present on the website are exclusively deliverable in Canada and more particularly in Quebec.

ARTICLE-6 - All sales prices indicated for each product include the taxes in force with the exception of delivery costs. Transport costs will be calculated at the time of placing the order. The total amount due by the customer will be indicated when confirming the order.

Beyond this 30-day period, the customer may request a refund for unshipped items.

ARTICLE-6.4 – Under no circumstances can 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC par. be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery by the agencies used by 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC or any other carrier.

ARTICLE-6.5 – In the event of damage or non-conformity of the order, the customer must notify any anomaly to 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC by email with request for acknowledgment of receipt within three days after delivery. It will be up to the customer to provide all supporting documents necessary for the proper consideration of the claim. Any claim made outside this period cannot be accepted by 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC and be held responsible for the non-performance of the delivery.

ARTICLE-6.6 - Any modification of the order by the customer after confirmation thereof is subject to acceptance by CCTCAFÉ Inc.

ARTICLE-7 - 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC accepts payments by:
credit card, PayPal, or any other payment system authorized by 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC. The customer's account will be debited when the order is placed. In the event of unavailable Products, the amount of the order will be fully refunded. In the event of inability to pay, delay or other default, 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC may suspend the order without prejudice or possible claim for the customer.

ARTICLE-8 - In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, neither party may be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations. A case of force majeure may include, in particular: lightning, flood, earthquake, storm, fire, carrier strike, shortage of raw materials, etc. This list is not exhaustive. The party faced with a case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances must inform the other party as soon as possible and no later than seven (7) working days of the occurrence of the event in question.

ARTICLE-8.1 - The parties will then determine together, within thirty (30) days, the terms of execution of the order during the duration of the force majeure event which one of the parties is facing.

ARTICLE -8.2 - If the force majeure event lasts for more than thirty (30) days and 9209-2642 QUEBEC INC is still unable to honor the order, the order may be terminated at the request of the injured party. It will be the responsibility of CCTCAFÉ Inc. to fully reimburse the customer for the amounts paid by him in respect of said order.
